Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Since Perspective Harmony is a growing business, this timeframe allows us to ensure quality and care in fulfilling each order. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-10 business days, depending on customs processing

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed next-day delivery, starting at $34.71

  • FedEx Ground: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days, starting at $8.50

  • FedEx Express Saver: Delivery within 3 business days, starting at $22.95

  • USPS Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery within 6-10 business days, starting at $29.60

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days, rates vary by destination

  • FedEx International Economy: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days, starting at $65.71

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Perspective Harmony is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Perspective Harmony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
