Refund Policy

1. Services

Perspective Harmony does not offer refunds for booked services. Instead, credits are provided based on the cancellation timeframe:

  • 72+ hours before the appointment: Full credit for future use.

  • 48 hours before the appointment: A 50% charge will apply, and the remaining balance will be credited for future use.

  • 24 hours or less before the appointment: Full charge applies, and no rescheduling or credit will be issued.

2. Merchandise

We accept returns and refunds for merchandise within 14 days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

  • Exceptions: Sale items, personalized products, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@perspectiveharmony.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Memberships & Digital Products

  • Membership subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or system malfunctions.

  • Digital products, including downloadable journals and exclusive member content, are non-refundable once accessed.
